Basically we take care of the property A-Z, so the owner can forget about all the property related hassle. We’ll only engage owner during the onboarding process or incase there’s a major renovation quotation requiring owner approval (e.g. boiler).

Yes. Owners can check the availability with our dedicated guests team or directly through the owner portal.

We monitor the properties very carefully and we observe less than 0.5% of reservations with any issues. Where applicable, we use preventive measures such as noise monitoring or other means to make sure property is well protected, e.g. security deposit, corporate partner warranty, insurance.

Yes. In fact, not only owners should expect higher price as the apartment is Vacant on Transfer without long-term lease, but also we can fully facilitate the sales process. Moreover, some of our clients can get additional premium selling the apartment as a working investment product.
